Company Expects Return to Profitability During Q3
(firmenpresse) - TAMPA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 05/22/12 -- TheDirectory.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SEEK) today reported a 75% percent increase in listings posted on its owned and operated business services portal . Organic listings on the site have grown from 100,000 on April 19th to 175,372 as of this morning. Management expects the site to cross 200,000 listings by next week, a full month earlier than it had previously stated.
TheDirectory.com CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "We're seeing organic traffic growth on that far exceeds our previous expectations. We expect the site to cross a new major milestone sometime in the next week with 200,000 active listings purely from organic traffic. is becoming a more integral part of our growth strategy going forward." Gallagher went on to say, "Based on the success we've had in generating organic traffic with BusinessList.com and with our development activities relating to the Local business dashboard winding down, we expect a return to profitability for the remainder of 2012. We'll be releasing updated revenue and profit targets for Q3 and Q4 when we file our second quarter financial results on OTCMarkets.com in June."
The Company is preparing two years of audited financials in order to file a form 10 to become a fully reporting Company. Management expects to complete this process and up-list its stock to the OTCQX during 2012.
