(firmenpresse) - MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 05/24/12 -- Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), "the Company," is pleased to add the services of Dr. Frank Leiber, a noted corporate finance consultant, in support of CEO and Chairman, Steven Swank.
Dr. Leiber brings 30 years of global executive corporate finance experience to the table, as well as extensive contacts from his work at JP Morgan, Price-Waterhouse, Moody's-KMV and others. He is also a highly respected adjunct professor of finance at NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Luxembourg School of Finance.
Dr. Leiber will work primarily on corporate structure, reorganization and new business strategies. "This is a rare opportunity for me," said Leiber, "to help grow a promising small company in such an exciting niche. I expect my expertise to focus CGAQ's business model, generate greater revenue and improve the bottom line. By being paid in shares, my interests are fully aligned with those of existing shareholders."
