Perlite Canada Inc. Announces Change to its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/28/12 -- Perlite Canada inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PCI) announces hereby the departure of Patrick Barriault from its Board of Directors.
Mr. Patrick Barriault was appointed as director of the Company in April 2008 while being the president and founder of the firm Barriault Hebert, Chartered Accountants inc. Mr. Barriault joined the accounting firm Chiasson Gauvreau in October 2011 et following this new appointment, Mr. Barriault decided to focus his professional activities with its new employer.
The Company thanks Mr. Barriault for the valued services and advices given to the Company during his term as director and wishes him good luck.
The board members of the Company will take the necessary period of time to evaluate all potential board members.
