Zadar Ventures Ltd. Completes Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/28/12 -- Zadar Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it successfully completed its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 2,200,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $550,000. The agent for the Offering was Wolverton Securities Ltd. (the "Agent"). After giving effect to the Offering, the Company now has 9,305,000 common shares issued and outstanding. The Company granted to the Agent and sub-agents non-transferable options to purchase up to an aggregate of 176,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.25 per common share. The Agent's options may be exercised on or before May 28, 2015. The Agent also received a cash commission equal to 7% of the gross proceeds of the Offering, as well as a corporate finance fee.
The Company anticipates that its common shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 30, 2012 under the trading symbol "ZAD".
The Company is a junior mining resource exploration company focused on acquiring mineral properties and exploring for economically viable mineral resources.
