ACHEMA 2012: Straightforwardness pays off!
HEUFT will be showcasing straight-through systems at ACHEMA 2012 specially developed for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries which achieve a new dimension with regard to operational reliability, efficiency and precision during the in-line quality inspection of product and packaging.
Foreign objects and even minute suspended matter are identified in the product.(firmenpresse) - The time has come to change to linear operation when the pharmaceutical packaging inspection goes round in circles and yet does not run smoothly - with compact HEUFT systems which manage without carousels and container-specific change parts in contrast to conventional devices. Whether detecting particles in ampoules, inspecting the closure of vials, checking the fill level of spray cans or verifying the code on folding cartons for medicines: the packaging no longer has to go round in circles but runs straight through.
This straightforwardness pays off: it saves space as well as storage, maintenance and energy costs, increases operational reliability and makes throughputs of up to 1,200 products per minute with maximum detection accuracy and an unequalled low false rejection rate a reality. Visitors to the exhibition can see for themselves between 18 and 22 June at ACHEMA 2012 in Frankfurt on the Main: the new, even more compact version of the HEUFT spotter PH for the extensive quality inspection of ampoules and vials as well as the HEUFT VX ATEX for a precise fill level check and the laning of aerosol containers in a potentially explosive area are just two of the attractions which can be experienced in action on Stand B11 in Hall 3.1.
Furthermore experts will be pleased to provide the trade visitors with information about other linear solutions from the HEUFT modular system that also fulfil special inspection requirements when filling and packaging pharmaceutical and healthcare products which are tailor-made, precise and efficient.
