Net Sales Increased 23.6% to $37.4 Million; May 2012 Comparable Store Sales Increased 13.7%

(NASDAQ: ZUMZ), a leading specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, today announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended May 26, 2012 increased 23.6% to $37.4 million, compared to $30.3 million for the four-week period ended May 28, 2011. The Company's comparable store sales increased 13.7% for the four-week period on top of a comparable store sales increase of 7.8% in the year ago period.
