Ungerboeck EMEA Conference in London turns out to be a great success
The Ungerboeck EMEA Conference which took place in London has again been a successful event and a great place to meet for the event industry. The 3-day-conference was hosted by ExCeL, one of the largest conference and exhibition venues in the UK. A rich conference program awaited the attendees, including comprehensive presentations held by Ungerboeck consultants and customers, industry roundtables to discuss best practices as well as an exclusive sneak preview of the version 20.5 that will be released in the coming weeks.
(firmenpresse) - One of this year’s conference highlights was the “Test Track” which allowed the attendees to gain hands-on insight into the new version 20.5 of Ungerboeck Software. Furthermore, the users had the opportunity to schedule 1-on-1-meetings with the Ungerboeck Consultants in advance, which was a great added value as they were able to discuss individual matters personally. As every year, the Ungerboeck EMEA Conference was a valuable platform for networking and exchanging experiences with other Ungerboeck clients and consultants.
The presentations met with a very positive response among the conference attendees. An example for one of many excellent customer presentations was held by Abdel Rahman El Housseiny from Dubai World Trade Centre who depicted how the venue successfully restructured and streamlined their business processes and how Ungerboeck Software helped to support this positive reorganization. The session was very informative for the attendees who were impressed to see some excellent examples of reports in Ungerboeck Software.
This year the attendees of the EMEA User Conference were given the opportunity to use the Ungerboeck Mobile Conference App. This new application which works on web-enabled smart phones allows attendees to view event information including time, date, room, speaker and detailed description as well as to create a personal agenda. Additionally, the App allows the attendees to connect to each other and to send emails among each other during the conference. Being very well received by the attendees the App also turned out to be extremely helpful when a room change was announced on short notice as the short notice change could be easily communicated in real time.
Not only did the conference offer a phenomenal program during the day, but the attendees were also treated to a spectacular social evening program. On the first evening of the conference, they were invited to join the USI team on a private Thames Dinner Cruise aboard the P.S. Elizabethan. Everyone was impressed to view London from a different perspective and to enjoy a different way of sightseeing by night. The DJ transformed the ship into an exciting disco and everyone had a great time.
