Phoenix submits countermotions for Koenig&Bauer AGM
Phoenix Value Fund holds a significant stake in Koenig&Bauer AG ('KBA')
with over 2% of its shares. Phoenix believes that the management board and
the supervisory board do not realize the potential of KBA. Therefore,
Phoenix has submitted several countermotions for the shareholder meeting on
14 June. These countermotions aim to raise transparency and accountability.
