(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on June 28, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 11, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.71 on May 31, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.61%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on June 28, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 11, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.60 on May 31, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.37%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on June 28, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 11, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.04 on May 31, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.44%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on June 28, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012. The ex-dividend date is June 11, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.96 on May 31, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.05%.
