Greenvironment: Long-time Shareholders Voluntarily Extend Lock-up until at least 30th September 2012
(firmenpresse) - Berlin, 4th June 2012 - Greenvironment Plc (WKN: A1JLT1 / symbol: GIV1) is pleased to announce that all existing shareholders of the company subject to the lock-up agreement have signed an agreement in order to voluntarily extend the lock-up for their shares until at least 30th September 2012. The initial holding period was meant to expire on 6th July 2012.
These long-time shareholders of the company are Cheyne Renewable Energy Fund LP, seed investors and parts of Greenvironment management.
