Media Advisory-BMO Volunteer Day: BMO Employees in Toronto and across North America Give Back

- BMO employees will be volunteering across Toronto and the GTA in more than 30 projects - 6,500 BMO employees will take part in the bank's first North America-wide volunteer day - 400 projects across Canada and the U.S.

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/05/12 -- On Thursday, June 7th, BMO employees in Toronto and across the GTA will be volunteering at charitable organizations and community service agencies in an effort to give back to local communities.

The events will be part of the first North America-wide BMO Volunteer Day, with 6,500 employees across Canada and the U.S. rolling up their sleeves to give back.

"The focus of BMO's Volunteer Day is to go into the communities we serve and lend a hand," said Andrew Auerbach, Senior Vice-President, GTA, BMO Bank of Montreal. "BMO's Toronto employees have lined up a number of diverse projects, from working with children and families to providing financial advice and job training.
