EMGS : Election of Nomination Committee members

Reference is made to item 16 of the calling notice for the Annual General
Meeting in EMGS to be held on 13 June 2012. The Board of EMGS has resolved to
propose for final approval by the Annual General Meeting that the following
shall be appointed as members of the Nomination Committee which is proposed to
be established:
* Jogeir Romestrand, Chairperson
* Johan Hvide
* Kristine Tveteraas
The candidates are invested in the company through: Jogeir Romestrand (Rome AS),
Johan Hvide (Seatrans group) and Kristine Tveteraas (Tveteraas Eiendomsselskap
AS).
