EFT Declares Dividend

(TSX VENTURE: EFT), a leader in electronic transaction processing, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend to its shareholders in the amount of $0.0025 per common share. This dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on the close of business on June 15, 2012.

Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
