Tembo Gold Warrants to Begin Trading June 7, 2012
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/06/12 -- Tembo Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TEM)(FRANKFURT: T23) ("Tembo" or the "Company) is pleased to announce that 6,139,218 of its common share purchase warrants ("Warrants") will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") at the open on June 7, 2012, under the symbol TEM.WT. An additional 718,215 Warrants will begin trading on the TSX-V at the open on June 18, 2012 under the same symbol once they become freely tradable.
The Warrants were issued pursuant to a warrant indenture between Tembo and Alliance Trust Company dated November 18, 2011. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $1.75 per share and will expire 4:30PM EST on Monday, December 29, 2014.
