(TSX VENTURE: BLV) ("Blackstone" or the "Company") recently held its 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in Vancouver. Resolutions passed at the meeting included the re-appointment of Hay and Watson as auditors of Blackstone, approval of Blackstone's incentive stock option plan, and the re-election of Donald McInnes, John Greig, and Tor Falck as Directors. A special resolution consolidating all the issued and outstanding common shares at such ration as determined at the discretion of the Board, such ratio not to exceed one post-consolidated share for every 20 pre-consolidated shares, was also approved.
