Sale and integration of Privatbank 1891 complete
(firmenpresse) - Munich, June 11, 2012: In October 2011 net mobile group announced the majority takeover of Privatbank 1891 Bankverein Werther AG. The turnaround of the business and the successful sale of the bank has been completed by the bank's executive management team led by CEO Danyon Lloyd. After a successful integration phase of 8 months Mr Lloyd will be leaving the bank per 30 June 2012.
Hiroyuki Sato, member of the bank's Supervisory Board: "We thank Danyon for the exceedingly good work during the bank's turnaround and the successful acquisition. We wish him all the best for his further career and future investments."
