DNO International: Presentation and Operational Update for Today's Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 11 June 2012 -- DNO International ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas company,
holds its Annual General Meeting in Oslo at 10:00 CET today. A presentation
updating operations will be made by Managing Director Helge Eide and is attached
to this announcement.
The latest results from testing of the Peshkabir-1 well in the Kurdistan region
of Iraq confirms the presence of movable oil in the Jurassic interval. Testing
is ongoing to acquire additional data.
Previous tests in the Peshkabir-1 well produced water at two Triassic intervals
and one of three Cretaceous intervals. Following the Jurassic test the Company
is considering two additional tests in the Cretaceous.
