CaNickel Annual General Meeting Update

("CaNickel" or the "Company") (TSX: CML) held its Annual and Special General Meeting (the "Annual Meeting") today in which all matters placed before the shareholders were approved. The voting report of the Annual Meeting is available for review on SEDAR.

The Company also reports that Mr. Rick Sproule has resigned from the Vice President, Geology of the Company. The Company thanks his time and contribution during his tenure and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
