Heijmans; sale of prefab operations to Bitter Beton-Systeme finalized

In line with its declared intention, Heijmans has finalized the sale of its
prefab operations, formerly known as Bestcon, to Bitter Beton-Systeme. With this
transaction, Heijmans is selling part of its non-core activities and choosing
instead to work with purchasing partners. The transaction includes agreements
for a long-term operational partnership.
