ID: 156072

(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/12 -- Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX: AIQ.H) (the "Corporation"), a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial markets, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to upgrade the existing CF-18 Integrated Maintenance Training System (IMTS) to reflect changes to the aircraft.

The upgrades will deliver an enhanced AN/ALR-67 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) simulation and additional simulated RWR malfunctions that will allow further training of maintenance personnel on operation and fault diagnosis of the RWR system. The CF-18 Integrated Maintenance Training Systems were originally delivered by Atlantis in 2004, with multiple trainers installed in Cold Lake, Alberta, and Bagotville, Quebec. The IMTS is a scalable maintenance training architecture that has been delivered for the CF-18 as a classroom system incorporating a high fidelity replicated cockpit and multiple large screen virtual displays. The IMTS is also a standalone desktop system for individual student practice and reference.

"This contract award reaffirms the confidence our customers have in Atlantis' core capabilities", said Ken Howard, CEO, "as well as our thirty-plus years of experience in maintenance and operator training. Atlantis continues to be at the forefront of the training industry, delivering world class training and job performance solutions for our clients".
