(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/12 -- Sage Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SGX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ron Reed, MBA CGA, as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company.
Mr. Reed replaces Mr. Art Hampson, who retires after six years of service to the Company.
