Goldstrike Announces $1,477,875.30 Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/12 -- Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GSR)(PINKSHEETS: APRAF)(FRANKFURT: KCG1) is pleased to announce that it has raised $1,477,875.30 by way of non-brokered private placement on the following terms pursuant to arrangements with Aberdeen Gould Capital Markets Ltd., an Exempt Market Dealer:
The net proceeds from the financing will be used to fund the Company's 2012 exploration program on its Yukon mineral properties, including a drilling program, and for general working capital. The Company has agreed to pay finder's fees in respect of the financing, in cash and securities, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proposed private placement and finder's fees are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All shares issued pursuant to the offering, and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants, will be subject to a four-month hold period from the Closing date.
