Veidekke ASA : Major contract for Veidekke in Hamar

Today, Centrumgården AS has signed a contract with Veidekke Entreprenør AS for
the construction of a new shopping centre in Hamar, Norway. The project CC Hamar
Stadium consists of stores, offices, a parking facility, a goods reception area,
service areas and outdoor facilities. This will be a turnkey contract with a
total value including installation work of NOK 900 million excluding VAT.
A new shopping centre shall be built on the site of the venerable Hamar Stadium.
The facility will consist of a parking and reception of goods area in the
basement with direct access to a two-story shopping centre. In addition, offices
and a park facility shall be constructed atop the shopping centre. The project
consists of about 65,000 m(2) of new buildings. CC Hamar Stadium is the largest
construction project in the Norwegian interior since the Winter Olympics in
Lillehammer, and it will become a centre for growth and development in Hamar and
the surrounding region.

trust of a customer that we have been building for in the Lake Mjøsa area since
the 1980s," says district manager Gudmund Lien Bjørnstad of Veidekke. The owners
of Centrumgården AS are the Hage family from Hamar, who are backers of CC Mart'n
Hamar and CC Gjøvik, among others.
The construction work has already commenced, and according to the schedule, the
fully modern shopping centre shall be open for business in time for the
Christmas shopping season in 2014.
