Zentric, Inc. Agrees to Terminate Agreement to Purchase 1.6 MW Solar Project in North Carolina

(OTCQB: ZNTR) (OTCBB: ZNTR) announced today that William Tien, President of Zentric, Inc., and the Vendors of Innovative Solar I, LLC and Innovative Solar II, LLC, have mutually agreed to terminate an agreement for Zentric to purchase two separate 800KW solar power plants in Leicester, North Carolina.
Zentric is in the final stages of securing project financing that will put the Company in a strong position to pursue similar projects from these and other vendors over the next weeks and months.
