Northern Logistic Property ASA : Northern Logistic Property ASA signs 10 year rental agreement in Umeå covering 3 470 sq m

Northern Logistic Property (NLP) has today signed a 10 year rental
agreement with Norrlandsägg Economic Association within the property Mätaren 6
in Umeå. In the property, which today is occupied by ICA, who will move from the
mentioned area, NLP will make a tenant customization of the property and prepare
premises for Norrlandsägg. Occupancy will take place 1st of October 2012. The
rental agreement, including 3 470 sq m logistics space, extends to 10 years and
has an annual rent of SEK 2 250 000 in addition to media and real estate taxes
paid by the tenant.
"We have during the spring had a very good and constructive dialogue with
Norrlandsägg which now has resulted in a long rental agreement and we are very

Mätaren 6 is a modern logistics property of 25 700 sq m with a strategic
location. The property has a high proportion of loading doors and also rail
connection.
