The presentation will be webcast live and can be accessed at or by visiting the Carrizo website at , clicking on the "Investor Relations" tab and then on "GHS100 2012 presentation." The live webcast will begin at 10:00 AM PDT (12:00 PM CDT) on Monday, June 25, 2012, and will be archived for 90 days at both locations.
