Michael Schwartz Resigns From The Word Network After Being Investigated for Violating Corporate Policy
(firmenpresse) - DETROIT, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 06/19/12 -- Attorney Michael Schwartz was hired two years ago as General Counsel for The Word Network and WADL TV, Detroit. While serving in the role, Mr. Schwartz did a great job. According to The Word Network and WADL TV, Schwartz was recently caught violating corporate policies.
Mr. Adell's Director of Security, Richard Mazzari (Ret. FBI Agent), was beginning an investigation. However, before the investigation was completed, Schwartz resigned.
Kevin Adell, CEO, says, "I expect my officers to be held to a higher standard. As General Counsel Schwartz was responsible for shaping corporate policy and then he was caught violating it."
A search for the replacement of General Counsel is currently being conducted.
The Word Network is the largest African American Religious Network in the world. WADL TV Detroit is a full power commercial broadcast station serving the metro Detroit Market.
