Revolver Resources Engages MI3 for Investor Relations
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/19/12 -- Revolver Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RZ) (the "Company" or "Revolver") is pleased to announce that it has engaged MI3 Communications Financieres Inc. ("MI3") to provide investor relations and corporate communications services. Under the agreement, MI3 will be responsible for dissemination of corporate data packages, broker presentations and communications, distribution of press releases to their database, and handling shareholder enquiries regarding the Company. MI3 will receive $5,000 (plus HST) per month in remuneration and to be reimbursed for all approved expenses, and the Company has granted MI3 stock options to acquire 300,000 shares in capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20. The agreement may be terminated by either party after five months upon 30 days written notice. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
MI3 is a new age financial communication company geared for today's fast paced global economy. Based in Montreal, Quebec, the services MI3 provides were developed to leverage the trading and market experience of their bilingual team to provide public relations and investor relations to Canadian public companies. MI3 will provide the services as an independent contractor to the Company. MI3 does not currently own any securities of the Company and is headed by Mario Drolet, President.
