Mundoro Capital Inc. Announces Decision of the Supreme Court of British Columbia
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/20/12 -- Mundoro Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MUN) ("Mundoro" or the "Company") announced today that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has dismissed the application brought by dissident shareholder Northern Minerals Investment Corp. ("NMI") to prevent Mundoro from postponing its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") and from changing the record date for the Meeting.
In light of the Court's decision, the Meeting will be held on August 27, 2012, with a record date of July 27, 2012. The Court's decision with respect to the relief sought by NMI regarding the Company's Advance Notice Policy will be provided by the Court in due course.
