Veidekke (Hoffmann) to build for Rødovre Centrum
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Veidekke's subsidiary Hoffmann A/S has signed a contract with A/S Rødovre
Centrum to erect a 13,500 m2 building under a general contract. The value of the
contract is NOK 192 million excluding VAT.
The building will include a gym and a cinema centre in addition to shops. Work
will commence in June 2012 and is scheduled for completion in September 2013.
Partners in the project are advisory engineers Moe & Brødsgaard A/S and Kieler
Architects A/S.
Rødovre Centrum is a shopping centre on the outskirts of Copenhagen. The centre
is in private ownership, and has a turnover of approx. DKK 2 billion.
