Woodbridge Closes Sale of APLUS Products
(firmenpresse) - NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 06/20/12 -- Woodbridge International is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of its client, APLUS Products, LLC to a specialized electronics provider.
APLUS Products, LLC, based in Englewood, Colorado, designs, sources and distributes electronic components and custom assemblies and specializes in LED and LCD technology, interconnection cable assemblies, printed circuit assemblies and injection molding solutions. From its locations in the U.S. and Asia, APLUS supplies OEMs with component sourcing, design assistance, contract manufacturing services, warehousing and delivery.
Tom Kastner, Senior M&A Advisor at Woodbridge, who managed the deal, said "APLUS Products will expand buyer's product line and capabilities."
