Düsseldorf, 21 June 2012 - As in previous years, Essanelle Hair Group AG is
once again paying dividends of 50 cents per share for the financial year
2011, following approval at the Annual General Meeting. At a share price of
EUR 9.65 (as of 19 June, 2012) the dividend yield amounts to approx. 5.2 %.
In addition to this recommendation, the company shareholders agreed to all
other agenda items with a large majority at today's Annual General Meeting
in Düsseldorf. Furthermore the Supervisory Board announced at the Annual
General Meeting, that the contract with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Achim
Mansen has been extended by five years to May 2017.
Achim Mansen said in his speech: 'We are delighted to be able to distribute
consistently high dividends once again for the financial year 2011.
Focusing on the earnings figures as announced in the previous year, has
paid off completely for the past year. In the years to come it is our goal
to continue to grow profitably with the concepts essanelle Ihr Friseur,
Super Cut and Hair Express as well as with the Beauty Hair Shops.'
Essanelle Hair Group AG had a good start to the financial year 2012. Sales
revenue in the first three months was EUR 30.8 million (previous year: EUR
30.9 million) and we were able to improve Earnings Before Tax by 65.1% from
EUR 0.6 million to EUR 1.0 million. The Management Board anticipates that
sales revenue will range between 1%-2% below previous year's figures for
the financial year 2012. Earnings Before Tax should range between EUR 5.5
million and EUR 6.0 million.
