Pacific Imperial Mines Conducts a Non-Brokered Private Placement

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/21/12 -- Pacific Imperial Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PPM.H) ("PPM") announces that it will conduct on a best efforts basis, a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 shares of the company at $0.10 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $200,000.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
