Meeting
Eindhoven, June 22, 2012 - Yesterday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Catalis SE took place in Eindhoven.
In total, 16.99% of the company's share capital was represented at the
meeting. All items of the agenda were approved unanimously (none against
and none abstentions) or nearly unanimously by the attending shareholders.
Item 2 was taken off the agenda. As of June 21, 2012, Mr. Jeremy Lewis
resigned his office as Executive Director and CEO at his own request.
