Realogy Brands' Franchisees and Company-Owned Offices Earn 40% of Spots on The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends Top 1,000 Real Estate Agents and Teams

Sales professionals affiliated with brands' franchisees and company-owned offices earned 407 spots (40 percent) of the total professionals named in this seventh annual ranking report.

The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals rankings feature four separate categories honoring the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume, Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides, Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume, and Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides.
Agents and teams affiliated with NRT and the independently owned and operated franchisees of the Realogy Franchise Group accounted for:
144 of the Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides (57 percent)
141 of the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume (56 percent)
72 of the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume (29 percent)
50 of the Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides (20 percent)
Sales associates affiliated with garnered 44 percent (111) of the spots within the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume. In aggregate, NRT accounted for approximately 20 percent (196) of the total agents and teams in the rankings.
