Matrix Funds Special Meetings Adjourned to June 29, 2012

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/22/12 -- Matrix Funds Management(i) announced that the special meetings of unitholders of Matrix Sierra Equity Fund, Matrix Strategic Yield Fund and Matrix Asia Pacific Fund scheduled for today, June 22, 2012, were adjourned due to lack of quorum. The adjourned meetings will be held at 11am (Toronto time) on Friday, June 29, 2012 at the Matrix Funds Management offices, 2200 - 130 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1E3. The record date remains the same for the adjourned meetings, as described in the Notice of Special Meetings previously sent to unitholders. At the adjourned meetings, quorum will consist of unitholders of each Fund present in person or by proxy.
