Ateba Amends Warrant Terms

("Ateba" or the "Company") (CNSX: ATR) announces that the Company has re-priced and extended the terms of 5,250,000 private outstanding warrants; The terms being that the price is reduced from $0.12 to $0.05 and expiry dated extended from July 7th, 2012 to October 9th, 2012.
