Vanstar Completes a $147,000 Financing
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 06/29/12 -- Vanstar Mining Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VSR) (the "Company") announces the completion of a $147,000 non-brokered financing. The Company sold 147 units at a purchase price of $1,000 per unit. Each unit includes 4,000 flow-through common shares and 1,000 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share and 2,500 common share purchase warrants. Each warrant allows for the purchase of one additional common share of the Company at the purchase price of $0.25 per common share at any time 12 months after the closing date.
These shares are subject to a 4-month minimum hold period and the financing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture exchange. No commissions were paid in connection with this financing and 3 insiders participated for a total amount of $35,000.
