Raptor Gaming Technology GmbH, daughter company of Raptor Technology AG
(ISIN: CH0100475216; Austrian Code: RAP; WKN: A0RLJU), achieved, based on
preliminary numbers, in the first half of 2012 (01.01.12 to 30.06.2012) a
revenue of close to 290K EUR and a profit of close to 39K EUR.
The further focus of the company will evolve more and more into the
direction of the licence business. With 'Batman', 'Spiderman'
and 'The Hobbit' there are a few blockbuster kind of product lines to come.
'Star Wars' and 'Angry Birds' will continue to play
a good role in the second half of the year revenues. All the products are
available in the big sales channels like Media Markt, Saturn,
Amazon, Toys'R'Us, Vedes etc.
The forecast for the whole business year 2012 continues to be very
positive. Given the fact that the strongest months of the
year are still ahead, the company expects a revenue for the full year of
850K EUR with profits at 80K EUR.
