(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/02/12 -- East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: EAS) (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has entered into stock option agreements granting the right and option to purchase 3,300,000 common shares of the Company at $0.30 per common share exercisable in whole or in part on or before five years from July 2, 2012.
