MDB Capital Group Advises Vector Capital on IP Strategy in Technicolor Transaction

On June 20, Technicolor shareholders voted with 91 percent approval to accept a cash injection of up to $242 million from Vector Capital, besting a competing offer from , which was rejected by 95 percent of the shareholders. This investment will make Vector Capital the largest shareholder of Technicolor and enable execution of Technicolor's Amplify 2015 strategic plan.
