GFKL Group enhances its expertise in the telecommunications industry: acquisition of SNT Inkasso completed
GFKL Financial Services AG (Essen) finalized its acquisition of SNT Inkasso&Forderungsmanagement GmbH (Potsdam) effective 28th June.
(firmenpresse) - Essen, July 2nd: On its way to market leadership in the receivables management sector, GFKL Financial Services AG (Essen) finalized its acquisition of SNT Inkasso & Forderungsmanagement GmbH (Potsdam) effective 28th June. The two parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
SNT Inkasso & Forderungsmanagement GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of German mobile services provider E-Plus that is part of Dutch telecommunications and ICT provider, KPN. SNT Inkasso was founded in 2003 and experienced a rapid growth, currently employing a staff of 64. The company counts the E-Plus Group among its main customers, and a long-term service agreement is in place. Business relationships are to be maintained following the takeover by GFKL. GFKL extends its expertise through the acquisition of the company that specializes in receivables management services for the telecommunications industry. The Essen-based financial services provider is going to take over all staff currently employed by the collection company.

With the acquisition of SNT Inkasso, we expand our position within the telecommunications sector. Together with our new team in Potsdam, we are looking forward to offering our customers an even broader range of services in the near future."
