Cologne, July 3, 2012 - affilinet has acquired its Dutch industry
counterpart Cleafs. Cleafs has been active in affiliate marketing since
2007 with a CPS affiliate network. The company is a quality provider of
services for travel, ticketing, parking, home&garden and fashion.
affilinet thereby acquires all of Cleafs' assets. Henk-Jan Bijmolt, founder
and CEO at Cleafs, will focus on integrating Cleafs' activities into the
affilinet organization. Cleafs distinguishes itself by offering optimum
support and maximum transparency for advertisers and a high quality network
for publishers. The network is fully focused on driving additional sales.
Cleafs has a strong track record and serves customers like Schiphol Smart
Parking, Zooplus, CentralPoint.nl and World Ticket Center.
