Sandvika, July 4, 2012: The Bondholders' meeting in REC ASA's convertible bond
issue held today did not approve changes to the bond loan agreement for the Bond
Loan as requested by REC ASA in a summons to Bondholders' meeting dated 22 June,
2012.
