Klövern acquires a property in Akalla

(Thomson Reuters ONE) -


Klövern AB (publ) has acquired a property in Akalla for SEK 130 million. The
property, which was taken possession of on 3 July, was acquired in corporate
form.

The property Varmvattnet 3, which is a site leasehold, consists of 15,000 sq.m.
of retail and workshops. The vendor is Svenska Bil, wich has signed a 15-year
lease contract in connection with the sale.
