Re-domiciling of Company to BVI and Corporate Name Change Temporarily Halts
Trading Until New ISIN Number and Ticker Symbol are Assigned
Toronto, Canada - July 6, 2012
Greenworld Wind Supreme Power Co. Ltd. (formerly Greenworld Wind Power Co.
Ltd.), (Greenworld Wind), Deutsche Börse symbol: (to be assigned),
(www.greenworld wind.ca), announced today that the re-domicile to the
British Virgin Islands (BVI) has now been completed. As part of this
process, the Frankfurt Exchange will require a temporary halt in trading
while new WKN, ISIN and ticker symbol are assigned.
The Company has been advised by the Frankfurt Exchange that this process is
expected to be completed by Tuesday, July 10, 2012.
The Company will make further announcements as this process progresses.
