The full-service breeding, training and boarding operation will be auctioned on Saturday, July 28 at 5 p.m. EDT. The full-dispersal auction includes homes, land, equipment and more than 40 world-class sporting horses including Der Dollar, Prezioso S and Dionysuis. Bidding will open at $50,000 per real estate parcel and interested buyers can bid on-site or in real time remotely at . Many horses sell without reserve.
The Highlife facility, located on 52+/- acres in the international destination city of Orlando, Florida, boasts a state-of-the-art, 37-stall showcase horse barn with a well-appointed client reception and lounge area, two offices, laboratories, insemination room and staff apartments. There is also a covered outdoor arena with a public address system, lights, bleachers and hurricane-resistant mirrors. The operation has a Florida state-approved contagious equine metritis (CEM) quarantine barn, a broodmare barn, jumping and specialty areas, numerous other buildings and abundant paddocks.
Highlife Farm's main residence is an 11,000+/- square foot four bedroom, four and half bath home. Designed for entertaining, the home's focal point includes a large den featuring a 24 foot granite bar and a screened gunite pool in the shape of a horse head.
