agreed to retire 160 Million shares of the Company's common stock. The move
will enable FNT to implement capital raising activities necessary to fund
planned projects and fulfill forecasts. The strategy, which reduces the
Company's outstanding common shares by more than 50% to little over 56M
shares issued and provides shareholders and new investors even greater
