We are pleased to announce that Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG will
Sponsor the upgrade to the Entry Standard Level of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange, Open Market Segment.
Renell will continue to represent and advise FNT Forever New Technologies
on all aspects in connection with the Entry Standard Listing on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse). Furthermore Renell is currently
acting as market maker for FNT Forever New Technologies to provide the
shares with adequate liquidity and will also place the stock in the market
to assist in the capital raising.
The engagement timetables for the prospectus are expected to be timely and
allow the required time for FNT's German based lawyer; Stephan Biagosch,
engaged by the company to ensure compliance with the BaFin regulatory
requirements.
