(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/11/12 -- Jeffrey Hunter, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Silver Hunter Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AGH) (the "Corporation") advises that between March 2 and July 6, 2012, he directly or indirectly acquired ownership of 101,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Corporation.

Prior to such acquisitions, Mr. Hunter held, directly or indirectly, or had control over, 5,000,000 Common Shares. Mr. Hunter now currently holds or exercises control or direction over an aggregate of 5,101,000 Common Shares which represent an interest of approximately 28.0% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares.

The securities acquired by Mr. Hunter referred to above are held for investment purposes only. These investments will be reviewed on a continuing basis and holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
